Description
The HDMount Dual-Ball Swing Arm (1.5″ Ball) combines the structural stability of an industrial swing arm with the versatile positioning freedom of the 1.5″ (C-size) ball system. Designed to serve as either a fixed surface-mounted bracket or a clamped pole/rail mount, it provides an unyielding anchor in commercial vehicle cabins, agricultural machinery, forklift overhead guards, and warehouse racking.
The assembly features an integrated 110 mm ball-to-ball vertical arm linking dual 1.5″ rubberised balls. This heavy-duty C-size ball configuration provides significantly higher clamping power and payload support than standard 1″ mounts, preventing slippage or drooping across rough terrain. The mounting base is pre-drilled for both flat-surface bolting and tubular rail mounting, coming supplied complete with two Ø32 mm M5 U-bolts for immediate installation.
Key Features
- Dual-Ball Articulation: Dual 1.5″ ball joints provide smooth 360-degree rotation and multi-axis tilt, allowing operators to achieve an ergonomic viewing perspective in confined or expansive cabs.
- High-Capacity 1.5″ (C-Size) Ball System: Built for substantially heavier payload demands, resisting droop and slip under heavy dynamic shocks and machinery vibration.
- 110 mm Ball-to-Ball Vertical Arm: Provides 110 mm spacing between ball centres to clear console trim, instrument cowls, and pillar edges.
- Versatile Dual-Mount Base:
- Surface Mount: 64 × 81 mm M8 screw pattern for direct bolting onto flat dashboards, consoles, or structural bulkheads.
- Pole Mount: Ø20 – 44 × 35 mm M6 screw pattern for clamping to vehicle pillars, roll cages, and tubular rails.
- Complete Clamping Hardware Included: Supplied with two Ø32 mm M5 U-bolts for out-of-the-box bar and tube mounting.
- Vibration Damping: Elastomeric rubber-coated balls absorb harsh engine harmonics and off-road jarring to protect sensitive display electronics.
- Industrial-Grade Construction: Engineered to endure the demanding environments of transport fleets, earthmoving plant, forestry, and agriculture.
