Payment

When placing an order with Viewtech you have the following payment options

1. Credit card using our secure online Stripe checkout
2. Credit card using PayPal
3. Credit card over the phone – simply call us to place an order
4. Bank deposit directly to our bank account
5. On Account.  Trade and commercial customers may wish to setup and run a credit account.

Shipping

Viewtech Limited ships to all New Zealand addresses using a courier service.
For smaller orders this is generally overnight, larger orders it may be up to 2-3 days.
Rural addresses may also need to wait one more day in addition.

This service is insured and a signature delivery can be requested at checkout.
Saturday delivery may be available, just pre-arrange it with us before placing your order.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track your order.
If you suspect that your order is late please contact us immediately and we will investigate as to why.

We can deliver to PO Boxes.

Australian & International customers will need to ask for a shipping quote before their order is finalised.
