NZ Based Return to Viewtech Warranties on All Products
Warranty
All products at Viewtech carry at least a 1 year warranty and up to 5 years warranty.
- We stand by all of our products and in most cases replace with a new or near new like for like product. You will not need to deal with any manufacturers, Viewtech will do all of this on your behalf.
- If you are not sure of the warranty on your product or chosen product please just ask us.
- The warranty will cover manufacturers defects and will not cover wear and tear. In the event of a potential warranty claim please contact us immediately.
- Do not try and fix the problem yourself by taking the product apart or use any other means of testing.
- Any product which has been taken apart, tampered with or altered in anyway will be void of any warranty. This is because our own warranty with our overseas factory will also now be void.

To return a product simply call us to obtain instructions.
The process is easy and we will endeavour to carry out your return request as soon as possible.
