The HDMount 100 mm VESA Plate (1.5″ Ball) provides a broad, unyielding mounting interface designed for commercial transport, agricultural equipment, civil machinery, and material handling vehicles. Featuring a robust 120 × 120 mm square base, it bridges large LCD screens, rugged tablet cradles, and all-in-one telematics hardware into a modular ball-and-socket system.
Engineered for broad versatility, the plate incorporates dual standard VESA patterns (100 × 100 mm and 75 × 75 mm) alongside dual rectangular patterns (103.3 × 76.2 mm / 4 × 3″ and 63.5 × 38.1 mm / 2.5 × 1.5″). Centred on the plate is an industry-standard 1.5″ (C-size) rubberised ball, providing the superior holding force and payload threshold needed to prevent screen slippage, drooping, or angle drift under intense vehicle vibration and rough terrain jarring.
