The HDMount Universal Square Tube Clamp (1.5″ Ball) provides an ultra-rugged mounting foundation for large in-cab monitors, ruggedised tablet terminals, telematics displays, and pedestrian safety hardware. Designed specifically to clamp around square structural profiles up to 78 × 54 mm, it is ideal for forklift overhead guards, mast channels, ROPS/FOPS structural frames, warehouse racking, and agricultural machinery uprights.
Equipped with a heavy-duty 1.5″ (C-size) rubberised ball, this clamp offers the superior clamping resistance and payload capacity required to prevent slipping or drooping under violent vehicle vibration and dynamic off-road shocks. The clamp assembly uses anti-slip locknuts and includes a dedicated Allen key, ensuring positive, vibration-proof clamping pressure without requiring drilling, welding, or compromising vehicle safety structures.
